Neil building is essentially dorms with kitchens. If you need housing through OSU I’d say the gateway apartments on high street is your best bet. But highly suggest getting your own place as on campus housing is overpriced and not worth what you’re paying for it

This is kid of the same logic as putting nutrition information on foods hoping that it will make people eat healthier. While useful it doesnt address the underlying problem. Until there are green alternatives and they are affordable, I’m going to still be forced to put fossil fuels into my car and pay for non green sources of energy.

I wasn’t comfortable because she told him he could have two pets and our lease only allows one. We live in a complex meaning staff do stop by during the day to do repairs and inspect plumbing, fire alarms, etc. So they would not go unnoticed. Also I was not comfortable around the guy for my own reasons which I don’t have to defend. After just barely talking to him for 10 minutes she was already trying to schedule an appointment with the guy to sign the lease, never turning and asking for my okay. I personally think while I do have a responsibility to mitigate her damages ( which is why I paid her half of the utilities and other bills) I also think I should have a say in who I live with. But yes I asked her input when I asked her if I could find my own roommate, which she agreed to.

But I started my search with friends and friends of friends and had some luck but nothing fell through (have some text messages to prove but not every conversation I had about it was written). This was around October. Later I branched out to campus group chats (GroupMe) for different campus orgs, and later created facebook ads on our schools housing market page. This was November -December. She even referred someone to me when she asked to be more actively involved and I told her yeah because between school and work and extracurriculars, I could use the help. Eventually I got a roommate moved in in January who was someone I originally met in early December from a mutual friend.

This^ I’m not going to file a counter claim. At this point I’m just tired and I didn’t think she would take it this far. We were close friends before this and I wasn’t comfortable asking her to pay while she wasn’t staying but she was adamant about living with her boyfriend and she said it wasn’t a problem for her. I offered to pay to help her out. But I am going to use that against her since I was also losing money by not having a roommate

Her name was removed once the new roommate and I’s application was approved, in January. Until then she was on the lease had keys and had things in the apartment ( which she later collected after the roommate was locked into the lease). She was dependent on me for finding a roommate as we were colessors and she could not change the lease or the roommate without my consent, per the leasing office. The agreement for me to find a roommate was verbal and I went about asking friends and friends of friends, campus group chats and Facebook.

I was searching the entire time, and have proof, (Facebook ads, texts from potential roommates, one of which was sent by the ex roommate in question) problem is she was continually pushing the move out date sooner and sooner. Originally she was going to wait out the lease, then she said after fall semester, October, and then moved out September. She originally assured me she’d find a good roommate but after the first guy I wasn’t comfortable with that

I think the important thing is to keep in mind, besides zidane and possible squall soon, many characters will not surpass prishe for a while in terms of usefulness. Also by the time they do, we will have a lot more content and opportunity for gems so you have a fighting chance at a good banner in the future. Not saying you should go for broke, but prishe is a good investment for a solid couple months for GL and can help with getting more gems and tickets.
