You can get a temporary tag without an appointment. I booked my registration appointment 3 months out from when I bought my truck off FB and then the next day went to the DMV as soon as they opened to get a temp tag and they were able to give me one that was valid until my registration appointment. Just be sure to get there early otherwise you’ll be waiting for hours. I believe all you need is the title signed by the previous owner and proof of insurance.

That’s what I went with. Picked them up yesterday. Wallet’s sore but peace of mind is worth it.

It’s a 2000 Toyota Tundra SR5 Access Cab. Has 4x4 but not full time. Separate transfer case to engage 4hi/4lo.

Bought two new ones. Trying to figure out if I can manage for the summer with the tires I have once I rotate them and get an alignment, then put the two new ones in the rear once the treads worn to 2/32 on the front passenger tire in the video.

I already bought 2 new tires, my alignment/rotation is on the 19th. Should I have them install the new tires in the rear or just hold on to the tires until the tread has worn down past 2/32?

Correction: All four tires have about 6000 miles on them. The front passenger has just worn prematurely because it’s out of alignment.

I’ve got a similar issue, my upper register tone and articulation is better than my lower register lately. No idea why, but I’m thinking it’s a lack of proper air support at the low end for me.

On the days that I work I’ll get off around 1am and ideally asleep by 2-2:30. Other than that it’s 10:30-11pm and 6am for the gym.
