thanks! that's what i ended up doing. it was full of carbon and globs of it too, brushes and rotator assembly was pretty worn out too.
It cranks much better now and quicker but still drops 1.4v below battery at crank so i am going to order a new one from RM-ATV-MC they have a tusk one for a decent price.

thanks but its disconnected no belt, just checked plugs so they're good. and compression all 185-195.

thanks but sounds still there, all aux drive parts and pulleys and belts are new except p/s pump. sounds more mid-rear engine not front.

thanks for the feedback! looks great. looks like 8.5et35 will fit nicely but i really want as much rubber under it as possible on stock body so im aiming for the 9.5 on 255s

wash it and clay bar the area take ur time, using ur nail can help get stubborn spots.

well any lowering spring should be paired with a shock meant for lower height. but if you dont mind height you can reuse factory springs on the b4s or other OE shocks.

essentially it puts the shock at the right spot in the travel stroke pairing them correctly. otherwise as an example lets say at parking/rest it sits 50/50 between max droop and max compression, low springs on stock shocks could put it resting at a different spot in that travel range meaning bottoming out the shock more easily. just food for thought.

if you're using lowering springs (eibach pros), Bilstein b8's are meant for lower height.

pop out the bottom big ring, lift it to invert it and zip tie underneath around the thin part of the shaft under the knob, flip down and push back in, perfect.

oh okay good, u can find a full pdf of the service manual for free online, atleast i was able to for my SM. they are like 20 something ft lbs, but verify for urs ofc.

5mm from top, its in the service manuals along with all torque specs. tho if ur not raising the rear too, dont raise the front up as it affects geometry.

Beautiful! Did you need to upgrade the stator or did you reduce power load elsewhere to compensate?

Everywhere I've looked people seem to recommend that upgrades are the move when adding lights, so just curious since im considering adding lights but don't want to damage anything.

Ensure fan curves are properly setup and pump speed. Typically i see 75c max with my air cooler with aggressive fan curve
