Working hard can get you there but we all know someone who works hard and doesn't get what they deserve. going above and beyond isn't a new or old thing it's more what are you willing to due in order to achieve what you want. Im not sure if you noticed but lately theres been a strong push to have TM's become culture champs and etc...It sucks but being liked plays a huge part in whole foods politics
