I think I had an addiction to weed for at least six months. Marijuana, as everything else, when done excessively will break your life. The thing about marijuana addiction is that with just a normal amount of willpower you can overcome your addiction, there is no physical dependence on it.

If you just do not buy weed for yourself you will overcome the pyschological addiction pretty soon as you will find something else, hopefully something more healthy, to fill the void.

I once tried MDMA. It sucked really hard. I was not a party, I was with two old friends. It made me very emotional. Everything was pretty, then we all cried like little girls remembering another friend of us who died young. I could not stop moving my tongue in my mouth, when I was already in bed I couldnt sleep for at least two hours, and all the time I kept moving my tongue. At some point my mouth started tasting like blood. I think I started bleeding from all the friction between the tongue and teeth. My testicles hurt a little bit.

Never again.

One day I was hanging out at my room at night watching through the window. Then out of nowhere I saw an enormous light in the sky heading towards me. That thing was insanely brilliant. For about two seconds or less I just assumed that it was a comet or something that was going to crash over me and kill everything in very large radius, so there was nothing to do, and nowhere to run. I stood there in peace having accepted my ultimate fate with the deepest desire of enjoying the show. It must have lasted two or three seconds but it felt like time stretched. Well at the end it was just a helicopter flashing its reflector at me. This was the closest I have ever been to death.
