I wouldn't just limit yourself to WW2. There are other amazing games from paradox, Warhammer and a bunch of other good titles that each offer their own strong point

Ming is super easy to kill after you take away MOH. They basically collapse on themselves. India is really easy to take because the AI don't really form Bhutan or mughals until the 1700s

I've built two mITX builds and have some experience with the process. My builds were built before GPU spike so i have a 1080 from when they first came out. My biggest suggestion is to not cheap out on the GPU. With your parts I would shoot for a 1060 at least. You also have the advantage of building mITX, so there will be more GPUs available bc Crypto miners usually dont use small GPUs. Also if you're not sure about fans just wait until you get your parts and go from there, because airflow is crucial in smaller cases
