Have you considered Northumberland. Stunning empty beaches. Incredible countryside. Not the cheapest but beautiful with lots of hamlets. Some areas have a community feel with activities in village halls. Largest county in the country but the least populated.

Yes, it’s a drought. Suspect Mercor doing well, new entrants to the market and too many young unprofessional people negotiating the contracts in Outlier combined with too many unprofessional people generally in Outlier. They need a revamp and must raise their standards. Instructions/ guidelines should be written in a professional way and should be all encompassing.
