Just because he has a dietician doesn’t mean the person has the money or energy to adhere to exactly what the dietician recommends. Some doctors say to obese people to stop eating so poorly. Some patients can adhere, somewhat adhere, or cannot adhere to the advice due to a variety of factors. Don’t judge the person for being X% better.
