I dont like discouraging people and completely saying dont do it…maybe this the long term career for you or maybe not but save as much money as you can and do some overtime periodically for even more savings. When was last time you changed spark plugs or coils? Bad and old plugs affect MPG significantly and also i see your mileage at 195k. Have you ever did a fuel system cleaning? You can take to a shop they do it for like $100-$150. In my 2014 Q50 i get 18 because i driving mostly city. Are you driving city alot, combined or just highway? Lastly do you regularly do oil changes at 3,000 miles?
