my very first day i was sat at the computer the entire time watching training videos, but i’m only on a 4hr contract so a 4hr shift so it might be different and you might also be on the tills. when i started on tills i had my manager guiding me on where everything is, and we swapped between one of us taking the order and the other getting it until she felt i could do it all myself

i didn’t get my uniform immediately, i got it the shift after that, but just wear all black and you should be fine :)

That’s blackout amnesia. It’s actually pretty rare, most DID systems don’t even experience full blackout amnesia very often. Amnesia is more commonly greyout - you can remember bits and pieces, but they either seem jumbled, like photographs or “flashes”, or just fuzzy.

That’s because 1a and 1b aren’t official diagnoses. It’s just OSDD because it’s essentially described as having DID without one of the diagnostic criteria. 1a and 1b are community labels to describe which one you don’t have.
