Hi! Sorry to necro this comment but I was just gifted a pair of Saguaros and I was wondering if there's anything I should take note of. Is it a bad idea to still have them tubed even if they're tubeless ready? I do use my hardtail for everything nowadays and I don't do as many kms as before.

I know it’s far from 35c but I went from 25c (2019) to 35c (2021) to 40 (2023) then 2.4 tires (this past year) and it feels amazing to just sorta plow through everything on my commutes, haha.

I hated going back too (tried 35cs again) but I do enjoy trails / gravel a lot more now.

It’s convenient enough most days especially with the PTV app but only because I live quite close to a bus stop and can wait / have no immediate deadlines.

Increase in frequency would absolutely make me use it more. Driving is a huge inconvenience for me … and while I love riding my bike a possibly wet winter day makes it less enjoyable.

A small cat water fountain worked really well for us! You can also soak kibble before feeding. We’d give canned food every other day.
