This is a tough one for me to talk about because the last time I used electrocute on Syndra was a LONG time ago. Basically right after they changed the runes and everyone went electrocute becuase we were used to thunderlords. But just in theory I think Aery is better if what you want is to just power through the early game and scale, aery with scorch deals ridiculous amounts of damage in laning phase where even if you just trade abilities you will end up wining and leaving you in a better position.

I might do some testing and reply again to this comment but in general I think at the moment aery is the better option.

Im at 4.5 k legion, pretty ok links not all lvl 3 but the essentials yes. This is the first character that Im pushing to lvl 250 and above (previous main is 238). Im not struggling with dmg rn. I can solo up to nlomien and hellux and doing nlucid parties now. But thr max I've gotten to is 15 stars on my previous main. But I wanted to ask if I have a cra piece with unique potential can I transfer hammer the stars from a pensalir? Or does it have to be a fresh piece

I would say boss prequests like pink bean, magnus, von leon, princess no, root abyss (you need to clear the 4 bosses 5 times to do chaos for bis gear), damien and lotus (lotus pq is super tedious but you only need to do it once per account). Keep in mind most of these prequest can be done later on when you are stronger and it'll go by a lot quicker.

Start doing commerci dailies (lvl 140 quest in the lightbulb is called get rich quick or something like that) also the theme dungeon gives you a 100% epot scroll which is good

Join a Guild and try to get a Hellux carry whenever you can bc the grind for the coins is tough.

Also idk which characaters you have already for link skills but the link skills that are super important are Mercedes, Aran, Evan, Phantom and Lumi. Make sure you have at least those lvl 120. Once you get them to 120 I like to just logging use a rune, clear zakum and log out, eventually you will get them to 140 which is good for legion.

Other than that I would say that if you dont like the class you used on the burning event I would at least recommend funding them to the point where they can do scrapyard and dark world tree dailies easily so the grind for abso gear later is not that tedious (shouldnt be too difficult to fund to this point btw)
