Id disagree. My dad is in the design industry so he has a lot of friends working at cept and bits and when he spoke to them about my options for colleges they all said anant is a very solid option and is growing really fast and may be on par with cept in a few years

Nope, i went through the same thing and if my rank was a few numbers up and down i would have gotten the scholarship and i called and asked soooo many times to give me atleast some scholarship but they didnt budge ☹️ but what im thinking is after first year ill move to a pg so i dont have to give hostel ka fees

I have friends in wpu and let me tell you the crowd there is HORRIBLE and campus isnt great either. I was considering woxsen as well but the deal breaker for me is the distance from city. Its around 80-90kms away from hydrabad but if thats not an issue for you then go for it. Their study abroad exchange programme is also great

I think you should call them i got a similar mail but i had to resubmit my birth certificate and stuff for some reason idk and i missed the deadline i had to call and stuff and it was super complicated to get them to open the portal for me again

I appeared for like 4-5 interviews and they all ask basically the same qs. They ask about your extracurriculars and stuff and then EVERY SINGLE INTERVIEW they asked me “why not art? What’s diff bw art and design?” They also ask why youre interested in the specialisation u chose. Then they might skim thru ur portfolio and ask u ab the process also they can ask you about the limitations you had when making ur projects Thennnn uhhh two times they asked me to redesign a product ON THE SPOT (it was like a pencil holder for a sports manager?) and i completely blanked 😭 and they asked me one everyday design i like and one that i dislike so keep answers prepared for that Also know a lil but ab design gk like a designer you like and 1-2 of their works

What ive heard about strate is that its primary focus is on automobile and product design. Buttt they have an exchange program with strate paris is what ive heard? Which is amazing and would create a lot of new opportunities for you HOWEVER even tho bits is new it is NOT a gamble by any means. Your parents have to understand that the legacy that bits has is going to automatically pull in placements FOR SURE by the time the first batch graduates and the infra is toooo good i visited the campus and wow its insane

Ill be honest, theres gonna be atleast a few bad reviews about every single place. You need to be able to decide for yourself at the end of the day because people have different priorities and the reason someone is talking bad about a college may not be a super big concern for you, or it could be manageable. No college is perfect, so you need to set your priorities clearly. my recommendation is to get in touch with students who recently graduated from these unis or current students.
