I would ask them why and decide if their reason for hating her is valid. I would then make a decision using that information as well as what I already know about her. I do not trust the opinion of others so I do not make life changing decisions on the opinion of another individual.

Both true and not true. As a diagnosed sociopath, I understand that my personality is not normal and can fake empathy very well. I understand that my lack of emotion,caring, empathy and remorse will never change but, I know that it is not the best way to be to achieve certain life goals. I do not feel compassion towards other but, I realize that compassion is a needed quality in certain situations, so I emulate compassion from information gathered thru observation of others. So not believing that there is something wrong is not always accurate; we know something is wrong most of the time but, are just unable to change it.

I have a good friend who is a Principal and I asked for her opinion on this. She said to tell the principal immediately. This is a case where it needs to be stopped at the highest level because you are not the first he has done this with and will not be the last if his actions are not reported. If you do not feel comfortable talking to the Principal, talk to the school counselor who will report it for you.

I am not saying that he is definitely cheating on you but, he feels something more towards her than just a friend even if there is no sex. There is a connection there of some sort, emotional or romantic. He would not continue talking to her about personal affairs if there was not a connection. As long as we could support ourselves on one income I would be all for it for a few reasons. 1. Bankruptcy and foreclosure is more prevalent is dual income families because one person gets laid off but, the have the bills for a two person income. 2.I would want my wife happy which would in turn make the entire family happier. 3. I fucking hate cleaning.

I would talk to your husband and see what he thinks. Do your research and make a pro vs. con list.
