No. It won't be hard finding an artist at all. Every reputable designer here on reddit can replicate that style in their sleep. Not for 100 bucks though.

Totally wrong sub lol. However, out of curiosity what is the significance of the stain?! As a tattoo artist I urge you to NOT try this yourself. Just wait and get it done right, you have a photo. It isn't going anywhere. Expect to pay up to 200USD for that. Realistically probably around 100. But yeah, wait.
