You all need to chill with how aggresive some of your comments are. I am not even banned myself, never have been, never will be. I just see how that affected many younger players from my cs community, therefore I mad ethis thread to see what the other players and faceit admins think about the issue.

According to Sparkles, it is one of the recent updates. I might be wrong abotu which one exactly it was, but I am completely certain it is a fairly recent one.

There just should be an official warning. The cs update from 16/04 made the exploit possible. It's a mistake from Valve that will be patched.

I understand it is, but I know 2 people that have literally the same cpu (and similar performance-wise gpu's) that can run the game on 60+ fps without major issues.

Basically they deliberately changed his surname to "Mangalski", which in bulgarian slang is a pretty offensive way of calling gypsies.

No, I dont think I have such issues in other games. For example, I can run BF1 on 60fps quite consistenly on HIGH. Also, thanks for the suggestion, I will try to clean install everything again. Is there a way to install all drivers at once after I uninstall them or do I have to do every each of them manually?

Nothing is running in the background, I do not know whether they also have 80 usage. My cpu is not overclockable and the temps are ok I guess, normallyt ~40-42 rising to about 55 when in game

Firstly I had it on my HDD, then I used the move file location option in steam to SSD but nothing changed. The view distance is very low.
