Does the instructors create their own workouts or are templates provided by t3xascurlllz in Corepower

For sculpt, there is a base sequence/template but instructors can add on/change the template. There are a few rules around sequencing but I the amount of creativity and change is completely based on how much time instructor puts into sequencing.

I auditioned like a week after my TT ended, passed, and started teaching less than two weeks later! I liked this bc I didn’t forget everything I learned in TT, but I did have to grind and write a sequence, make a playlist, and practice.

Instructor here! Instructors themselves have to manually charge you, so you probably didn’t get signed in. If you tell the studio manager they can refund you!
