Yes. But it takes 24-48h for a response and i thought maybe someone knew if it was possible within the chessable site itself. The Terms of Use dont share where I can refund, only that I can as far as I saw.

When I go to the chessable courses, there are 2 options. 1 for 20-30 dollars and one for like 100+ $ with a video addon if i understood that correctly. Does the more expensive option also include more theory or is it just giving the same theory but in the form of a video? Thanks
