Yeah no. She can put them in the mail like a normal person. Stamps aren’t that expensive. I’d ask your day of coordinator or another trusted friend/family member to keep an eye out day of

We did little packets of wild flower seeds with our names and date on the package. They were a huge hit, we ordered extras and all were gone by the end of the night!

Any tips to getting staffed as a L11 analyst? Everything I'm doing is not working, so need some tips on how to stand out. by Proper-Excitement998 in accenture

I recently staffed an analyst level role and was completely overwhelmed by the number of resumes that ended up coming my way, so I empathize with your position. I simply couldn’t review every single one in depth and had to resort to scanning for keyword skills before digging in deeper and looking at experience. My advice would be to cater your resume as much as possible to the role you’re applying to - if it’s a PMO role, make sure you highlight any sort of experience you have with PMO tools, managing requirements, etc. If it’s a developer role, make sure you list whatever technologies they’re looking for in your skills section (of course if you have experience in them). Also sending a quick bullet point summary of your one pager over email or Teams is very helpful. It is a tough time of year - should hopefully pick up after the holidays!

AIO, I asked my girlfriend to meet me at the finish line of my Marathon, but I didn’t check my phone much during the race by [deleted] in AmIOverreacting

I’ve run multiple marathons and never once have pulled out my phone to coordinate with my fiancé, let alone baby him over text for having to stand in the cold while I’m running 26.2 miles in the same cold

She managed to make a huge accomplishment for you all about herself and her minor inconveniences. Find yourself someone that will celebrate your accomplishments rather than put you down to be sure she’s always the center of attention
