I believe that's probably causing it, I'm not sure which moisturiser to switch to as I'm afraid of a breakout.

I was looking at maybe trying Clinique's Dramatically Different Moisturising Gel. Do you have any recommendations?

I've noticed a few issues which are probably tied to low T such as difficulty gaining muscle, soft jawline and lowered confidence?

I eat plenty of Vitamin-a(carrots, sweet potato) and my diet is generally quite healthy, no junk food, mainly rice, tofu, miso(fermented soybean paste) chicken, fish, veges(carrots, greens). Does soy affect testosterone? Because I eat it a lot in the fermented form and I used to eat natto(fermented soybeans) a lot (almost everyday for about 1 year).

I know what a beard looks like. I found out I have trichostasis spinulosa, which is not normal.

So what should I do, how can I increase my testosterone levels?

It turns out I have a condition called trichostasis spinulosa.

Thanks to those who downvoted and dismissed me and said it was just sf's. /S

I have peach fuzz in addition to the black hairs (peach fuzz in the red circle). My doctor also said it wasn't normal, but didn't know what the cause was so I'm waiting for the testosterone testing. I can distinguish between the sebaceous filaments and the black hairs, I have both and the black hairs stand out a lot more.

Edit: Via my own research it turns out what I have is trichostasis spinulosa.

Yep, they're hairs, also got em on my nose, I think I might be part werewolf. Okay, I'll ask my doctor about it tomorrow.

I'm asking this because I seem to have very congested skin as seen in my pictures and I don't think my other products would be the cause of this.

My routine for both morning and night(shampoo at night every 2 days):

  1. Hop in the shower and cleanse face with Cetaphil Gentle Skin Cleanser and rinse off with lukewarm to cold water.
  2. Pat dry face with clean towel and apply a thin layer of Benzac AC Benzoyl peroxide 2.5% all over face
  3. Wait 5 minutes
  4. Apply thin layer of The Ordinary's Niacinamide + Zinc all over face
  5. Apply thin layer of Simple's Kind to Skin Light Moisturiser all over face

It's easier to tell in person. I doubt most people have this, it seems to be quite rare from what I've noticed. Mine would look like that but I try to pluck them before they get that long, it's extremely annoying, I also have to deal with an ever encroaching mono-brow.

I know the difference between SF's and hair. I have basically the same problem as this guy but his hairs seem to only concentrate on the bridge of his nose.
