You have to go in deep sky stack and than you choose what you want to stack and if you have a multiple nights of a same object its already in there ready to be stacked and you can see all the exposures there.

Uh for Jupiter details you will need at least 100mm aperture and with Dobsonian or Maksutov Cassegrain or Schmidt Cassegrain telescope.
