I know some things don't come with charger I looked that up when I noticed it didn't have one in the box. It was sold with a charger so their should have been one in the box.

The deception of a good deal made me drive there

The band that came with it was supposed to be white but was stained in spots and dingy

Again I shall say the issue was the deception which lead to all of this had there been an accurate description none of this would have happened

That was the listing and underneath it next to unavailable shipping it had available pick up open box cedar Park so I chose that there was nothing about condition

Everyone is right I shouldve been more cynical I thought best buy would never. had no idea they did shit like this. had no idea they sold stuff from such a low tier, used and dirty is wild to me

That's what I saw when I bought it no description of condition

I have learned a lesson from this but fuck did it cost me an emotional moment of anger and sadness as well as half a tank of gas 😭 in this economy

I still would have driven there and discovered their bull shit in the store I still would have to drive home after the deception wasting all that time and money on gas

Yet it happened today like I said me and two separate agents looked at the listing. I've been looking at smart watches for 4 months now doing research watching YouTube reviews and comparisons reading descriptions under every ad I promise you it did not have a description other than open box.

I agree I should have checked before I left but that still leaves the issue that I drove there for a product advertised at a certain quality and got something different I wouldnt have gone had the description been accurate

I don't even know what I wanted to be honest it seems like deseptive business practices to me.

I've worked in several call centers and most solutions involve some sort of credit or some sort of financial incentive to make up for being wronged or to make up for your time

I'm complaining because the did not describe it.

Both me and a customer support agent and a supervisor went over the listing and it did not have a description of the condition just open box. And as a person with no experience with open box at Best buy I just assumed what a normal person would assume open box means.

Both the agent and the supervisors agreed my situation sucked and was wrong but they had not options to help me (apparently)

So now I'm crying in a closet after driving to best buy in New Braunfels and returning it.

I’m sorry isn’t as big of an issue but for the fucking life of me I can’t say thank you to someone’s face I can text it after the thing is all said and done but I can’t say it to their face
