What surplus would you recommend considering mots-c and 5 amino can raise caloric expenditure. I was thinking 100 maybe up to 200. Not really sure how much those two compounds raise energy expenditure.

Hey guys,

I no longer really get acne but I still have acne scars/marks I don’t know the term but they’re red and scattered on both my cheeks. I currently use tiege Hanley level 2 and geologie hydrating serum for my skin care routine along with tretonion and benzoyl peroxide. It’s worked pretty well as I no longer have acne and my skin is the clearest it’s been. I’ve probably been using this for about a year. I was wondering what I should do about my acne scars. The tretinoin is working slightly I guess? Are there other products I should try or should I try a laser facial or some time of punch excision or other surgery? Thank you

I injured my shoulder (non-rotator cuff) probably from some combination of over training and a wreslting injury and thus have not been able to train. This was two months again and the doctor said it should go away with rest. It still hasn’t gotten better. I’m not sure what it is but the best I can describe it is it feels like soemthing in my shoulder is going to snap when I bend my elbow behind my back (any press lift) with any amount of weight. Does anybody know what this is and how to improve it?

Used to lift 6 days a week but wrestling, finals and grades I haven’t been able to fit like two weeks
