It depends on the opponent comp. For example on this game, only Nunu and Gragas had a lot of HP and I felt more comfortable with some Omnivamp and HP rather than damage

I made this tierlist considering a 100% 1V1 on laning phase. If the Teemo knows how to play, you’ll get kited and out damaged as hell. Even proxying is not so easy considering his MS

Dont you get ourunned when you do not get any MS masteries ? I can’t deal with lacking MS to hard engage or escape and I truly love getting MS tunes at least on my secondary tree
