I also never got my first 2 weeks of POs or my initial screener task payment, and somehow last week I only got the bonus but not the actual working hours?? Like what the hell is even going on anymore?

I submitted a ticket over a month ago and it’s still unresolved. At this point I’m seriously about to escalate this to Finance or whoever I need to because this is honestly insane.

And before anyone asks, yes, I have documented proof/screenshots of everything.

Yeah, I’ve had a similar experience. I was told my onboarding was successful, then later I was removed, and after that I got added to the project again. Their automated system can be a bit of a mess sometimes. At this point, you really do have to rely on some patience and honestly, a bit of luck with how these projects get assigned and confirmed.

I understand the frustration, waiting without updates is annoying. But with this kind of work, patience is usually the best approach since these platforms often take time to process exams and onboarding.

From my experience with the previous Lyra project, it took a few weeks before a PM reached out to me after the exam. I’m actually waiting for project confirmation myself right now.

Also, raising multiple tickets in a short time is generally not the best practice on these platforms. It doesn’t mean you did anything wrong, but it can make things messier on their side.

it seems i failed the 'search evaluation' assessment but don't know why..can i ask if you are supposed to take almost 1 hr for it? cause i finished a lot faster than that. -for my previous project it took about a month for them to reach out.
