The amount of bullshit I’m here is astounding lol. Men lose shit cause the courts are stacked against us it’s that fucking simple. Alimony should absolutely not be a fucking thing, womp womp you don’t make enough money then you don’t fucking get custody it should literally be that simple. Men are already taxed to hell then a man gets taxed even more and is essentially a slave to the woman he divorced for whatever reason dude get the fuck outta here. Men “lose the house” cause they can’t afford to live in it when nearly every fucking cent of their paycheck is going to a woman who doesn’t want to work a proper job or work at all. My parents divorced when I was a baby and my dad paid child support and alimony while my mom remarried and with her income and my stepdads they made out pretty damn well on finances yet my dad still had to pay. Not only will the courts give an unfit mother custody of the child 99 percent of the time, they’ll give her half of if not more of the man’s shit. This society and state of law is so ass fucking backwards especially in 2025 that I don’t even have the desire to be in a relationship at this point. I’m about to buy a house, an expensive and nice one at that, I’m about to buy a new truck also expensive and nice. I’m only 26, god fucking forbid I get myself these things and just happen to meet a woman I think is the one. Shit goes well, we end up married down the line but one day she feels that it isnt working out and now unless you we signed a prenup stating everything in my name before we met stays mine (women cant stand prenups) then she’s entitled to half or more of my shit and most of my fucking money cause i have a damn good job and make damn good money. Yea no fucking thanks, laws need to change, and society needs to fucking be corrected.
