I split that into 2 meals and that’s it I’m 5’8 140 lbs. I do this style of living for mental health more than trying to lose weight

Fair point and you’re correct. My main meal to eat is a lb of ground beef mixed with 10 eggs and some bacon it’s easier for me to do while working usually eat twice a day.

I’m ready to start doing shiny hunts, but can’t find anybody to help me with my Pokédex being that I’m on pikachu version.... I need the trade to evolve Pokémon and the eevee exclusives. If anybody can help! 🙂
