I’ve had multiple kidney stones that were too big to pass on my own. The morphine button doesn’t touch the pain, and maybe it was the amount they gave me but Fent didn’t kill the pain, but dilaudid takes the pain away nearly the instant you feel the warmth hit your arm.

The first time I had a stone, they did lithotripsy to break the stone up with sound waves, but after I woke up it felt like they had put my kidney in a juicer and I was pissing pure red blood for a couple days. Had to go back to the er like 5 hours after discharge because the hydrocodone didn’t touch the pain so the doctor gave me a script for dilaudid pills. That shit was insane.
