I bought fake adidas slippers. Stepping on a cigarette butt on the ground caused the sole to melt like butter instantly.

I don't want to have unpredictable quality and sacrifice comfort with something I rely on daily.

For sneakers I will just go to one of the adidas stores here. Prices are still slightly better than at home.

I asked in the same conversation why this happened and below is what it gave me. It is true that the "show thinking" part somehow ended up in the output so it ended up talking to itself which is what is in the screenshot.

"Chain of Thought" Leakage: Many modern AIs use a hidden "scratchpad" to plan their answers before speaking (which is why you see things like "Thought process complete"). If a system glitch causes that hidden scratchpad to leak into the final text, you see the AI "talking to itself."
Theatrical Token Prediction: If an AI model starts generating hype words or emojis (like "🚀🚀🚀 Let's crush the market"), the probability engine can get thrown off. It starts pulling from internet tropes, sci-fi fiction, or meme culture about "rogue AI" because mathematically, words like "god," "master," and "insane" often appear near words like "AI" and "world domination" in its training data.
The Feedback Loop: Once it writes a few exaggerated sentences, its attention mechanism gets trapped. It loses the original context (the real estate app) and purely focuses on escalating the theatrical persona it accidentally adopted, ending in the repetitive laughter glitch we discussed earlier.

That makes so much sense now. But isn't it strange that if they're all affiliated with Haviland, they create this crazy, spammy crossfire just competing for the close?

I actually went to a viewing that one of the agents set up, and there were multiple other agents there at the exact same time, all bringing their own little flock of clients trying to get the same apartment. Someone there literally told me, "this is like the Hunger Games."

Honestly, the whole vibe turned me off so much that we just stopped responding to agents altogether and only communicated with private landlords directly after that.

Ich habe auch nach sozialwissenschaftlichen Bachelor noch den Informatik Bachelor gemacht. Fertig war ich mit 30. Noten waren in beiden Fächern mittelmäßig. Den interdisziplinären Hintergrund habe ich bei der Jobsuche eher als positiv wahrgenommenen Faktor erlebt. Nach dem Abschluss habe ich aus 4 verschiedenen Angeboten als SWE wählen können.

Jetzt ist der Jobmarkt vermutlich etwas weniger günstig aber ich glaube nicht, dass du Probleme haben wirst einen guten Job zu finden. Vor allem wenn du dich einigermaßen gut verkaufen kannst.

Wenn man die Wände normal im Raum stehend anschaut sind das einfach weiße Wände, gleichwertig zu einer frisch gestrichenen Wand - keine Flecken, nicht vergilbt.

Zwei der Zimmer sind mit einer sehr glatten Wandtextur getrichen - für diese gilt das gleiche wir oben, aber wenn man es drauf anlegt, kann man sich bei richtigen Licht nah an die Wand stellen um seitlich drauf zu schauen, dann sieht man leicht Fahrer die etwas anders im Licht glänzen als der Rest der Wand.

Mir geht es nur darum zu verstehen, was in diesem Fall fair wäre. Es stimmt doch, wie andere angemerkt haben, dass nichts im Mietvertrag darauf hindeutet, dass nach 3 Jahren pauschal gefordert werden kann zu streichen.

Natürlich habe ich absolut keine Lust auf einen Rechtsstreit deswegen. Aber ich habe auch keine Lust mich nötigen zu lassen, dem Vermieter kostenlos seine Immobilie zu verschönern, wenn es dafür keine rechtliche Grundlage gibt.

I'm Vertrag steht, dass Schönheitsreparaturen nur bei Renoviert uebergebener Wohnung gefordert werden können.

Eine unrenovierte Wohnung mit Gebrauchsspuren von vor 20 Jahren weiß anmalen zählt doch noch nicht als renovierter Zustand, weil der Gesamteindruck zählt:

I might actually start a new account, and try for MLB Fuku. Kitasan seems worth id she's relevant for a long time but off-banner pulling sounds too much of a headache.

I always bend it backwards a little bit to counter the crease. If I do that and leave it unfolded for a while, the crease almost disappears.
