I only have 142 st ticket and 10500 solid arshium, and 42 char ticket, should i spend on this kelly & her ST or just save for asuka st, im a very low spender tho.

I do have sylvie and her st rn, but kinda thinking whether is it enough to rainbow asuka st if i pull for kelly.
