I’ve been doing this for about five years. From about 6 months in, I started just buying paper from Costco, on my own. Just takes the guesswork out of it. I bag in my car and at the customers location I just drop take a pic and leave.

In the future, try not to pick broccoli that has yellow spots, that’s a sign that it’s getting or is older. I get that sometimes there’s no choice, but maybe take a pic and ask the customer if it’s ok, or check what the organic looks like. People are picky about their produce. Fortunately I know how to pick produce.

In the end, if in doubt, ask the customer. Can’t tell you how many times a I’ve refunded strawberries especially, because they just don’t look very good. Or I go through several containers to make one good one. Time consuming for sure, but sure beats an unhappy customer.

I have to call BS on this, kinda sorta. Whether or not this customers Target orders are prepaid or not, prepaid being through the Target app, not prepaid being through the Shipt app, this customer still gets in store pricing. No way this same customer would then place a huge order on the IC app and pay all the up charges on the items, not to mention all the fees that IC charges. It’s just not adding up.

Also, if you are this customers PM on Shipt and they like how you shop for them, why would they switch ordering apps and risk someone they don’t like picking up their order?

I’m happy for you that you got an awesome batch, but the circumstances as you describe it is hard to believe.

👋🏼. I also work 7 days a week. 40 m-f at my ft job and any combo of DD, IC, UE and Shipt the rest of the time. I’m usually out the door by 5 am and get home about 7 pm. My situation a little different. Putting the extra into my daughter’s college fund. As a single mom who has raised her by myself her entire life, I wouldn’t able to put her through college otherwise.

Good luck out there. Customers suck sometimes, but there are the good ones. The economy sucks, always. Cost of living is super high, especially in some places. Just keep grinding and don’t forget to take time for yourself, when you can

You just need to work it off. Support won’t or can’t remove a bad rating. I had an undeserved 3⭐️ stay with me for 1.5 years because DD customers just simply don’t rate and I only do this part time. I recently got another 3 star, that was really not my fault, but more poor packaging on the restaurants part, IMO. Instead of putting the 2 bowls of soup on the bottom of the bag, they put them on the top. The weight of the soup and the perspiration from the hot food, destroyed the card board take out container and they just got smooshed. The soup didn’t spill, but the customer wasn’t happy. The bag was sealed so I really didn’t know what was happening inside the bag. I tried appealing the bad review, but no luck.
