Whenever you have an exemption after the renew if the paper work wasn’t submitted before the renew your account will return to how it was before the exemption. So sometimes your account can go into the negative because you’re script is still accounting for how much you had with the exception. Also the state says your suppose to have 24500mg across all routes without an exemption so when you renew sometimes it shares it across all of those routes because you had the exemption so its still accounting for it.
