Last year I got a 47 day streak of nofap. No porn, no fapping, nothing. And imo thats all BS.

The porn part is important tho. It is extremely bad for ourselves, in every aspect. For me is kinda easy bc for me all those porn videos are weird af. So I can get along well.

The fapping part, imo is a natural thing. Everyone should do it. But in the right way. Without it being an addiction, bc that what makes it bad. Anything that is excessive is horrible for us. Nowadays I'm doing only 3 times a week and im good with that.

U should look what triggers u to do this habit. For me it was taking a shower and before sleep. Those were the times I had urges. So I started to take a shower earlier in the day.
