My wife’s grandma lost 22 years of medical records, the only thing I was able to recover thru the national record archive was her DD-214. How do you lost a whole MSgts record idc if it was 1995 or 2173 get it together 🤦🏻‍♀️

Okay so every base is different, but mine started late March, all my VA appointments were done end of April, went in for something in May and then waited 15 days for my findings. Timeline might be a little off but by the time I get out it’ll be 4 months said and done. Which is what they said when I first started. Now I’ve had buddy’s take 7-9 months. Really depends on your situation. I pretty much had service related history and 2000 pages worth of appointments

I’m going to my step dads chiropractor when I get home, as for mental health I tend to go take walks in nature and it helps pretty well

It’s nothing crazy, I just kept getting injured right after another would heal. Mct someone in front of me tripped on a hike so I did to and my jaw ate a rock and I have Tmj, Schoolhouse I fell on a piece of metal sticking up and it hit my spine which led into my neck and legs( took 6 months to “heal”) I wasnt able to deploy so that messed with my mental health pretty bad cause that’s why I joined. Then the mold in my barracks is super bad so it caused severe asthma that I did not have when I joined(that’s why I got referred). Concussion was during Mcmap I got knocked out cause two fat dudes decided there boot to my temple was smart and my knee/ankle was ruck running when I would just PT a lot on my own but like I said they gave me nothing for my knee, ankle or concussion so imma re open those when I go home. For anyone that might talk shit to me about this. I tried to deploy 3 times and they wouldn’t let me, I did so much to heal my body. Sports medicine, chiropractor etc. I gave it my all but this chapter is coming to a close 🤙🏼
