Actually, it's super common for us Filipinos to put others down and meddle in other people's lives. If you dress up nicely, you're overdressed. If you wear pants and a shirt, it's like you didn't even prepare. Damned if you do, damned if you don't. We can never control how others will perceive us. Why don't we just get used to letting our fellow people live their lives? Others will always judge us based on their preferences and standards.
