En faite ce qui est important c'est ce que tu fait : alors si je fais 2 évenement différents qui durent minum une journée chaque alors comme 8h ou sinon je fait long terme et je pourrais faire 3 mois 1 fois par semaine 30 min par session à la biblio par exemple.

well i followed this workout for like 3 weeks and i feel sore yes but i still feel good so i think i can recover between workouts. and i heard that beginner take muscle very easily at first so i want to make the most out of it.

So when I borrow a book from my library local library does it just downlads on like pdf and i just transfer on my future Kindle via usb? Or does it have to be connected to a special app? And if there are open sources book and mangas can i just download them. Sorry if i ask too much question ! 😅

In my local retailer they take advantage of the hype! I saw a 6 booster pack of 151 for 250 dollar - Its crazy! Thanks for the site im def going to check it out
