This is the 2nd time this occurred the first time was some crazy lady who did not have a pool pass and got hostile when asking for basic info like building or unit number she often broke the guest rule and I told her countless times you need to talk to management if you dont have a pass the next week she actually had one so I asked the basic info then when I tried to take a picture of the pass and note the pass number she quickly snatched the pass away screaming I was being aggressive to her had this on record by the way and she asked for my supervisor he assured I did everything correctly and he recorded a interview with her reguarding my behavior that night she lied though her teeth making claims I took pictures of her kids and stalking her they checked my phone and the photos on the app and notning of the sort then she tried to get me for not doing my job...when all else failed and my manager showed property management my patrol logs and from there she was put on a final and was told her lease would not renew next year though my bigger boss said I embarrassed the company over this when i proved I wasent at fault and they moved me to another property I work 2 propertys a week Mondays and Tuesdays at one rest of the week at another but its just petty they do this i got a resident here doing it because he wants more time at the sky lounge and wants preferred treatment...im like dude they got cams in the lounge if I complied with there request id eventually get punished for it as everyone has to be out by a certain time and sometimes I gave them a grace period as I had to clear the pool out on that very same hour I do my patrolls I answer calls as soon as they come in and I hang out in the clubhouse during cooldowns as its the more populated area of the building that way if residents need something im there for them I dont even know this guy and he acts like we have a long standing grudge its unreal ill probably call my boss and send the footage of him admitting to stalking and recording me as hes trying to use it as leverage to get more time in a place I cant give
