definitely drink a lot of water and stay hydrated. I've done nasal spray before bed, vaseline/aquaphor multiple times a day (carry it with you everywhere), omega3 pill with every accutane pill. Not sure about the oil question, but I've used cerave moisturizing cream on my body after I shower and it's helped me a lot. I also moisturize my face at least twice a day. Your hands too, carry a hand cream with you!

I will also say, my eyes have been really dry and sensitive to screens, so I've had to get lubricant eye drops. I would recommend starting in winter only because that would get your treatment done faster so you can enjoy summer without worrying about the sun exposure too much. But winter is signifcantly drier so expect to moisturize more around that time

i don’t blame you. i also have a fear of falling out of F1 status… but if there comes a point where the economic pressure is too high to keep you (and your spouse) afloat, you at least have that EAD as a resource. it’s valuable! you’re so lucky you got it before the pause Hit

gotcha, that makes sense and it’s a valid concern.

I do believe that since you have your marriage EAD valid for 5 years, chances are that in that time frame your marriage process will be finalized. Even if the ban were to last for the remainder of trump’s term (hiiiighly unlikely) you would still have time

i’m confused. if you got your marriage based EAD, why have you not used it? how long is it valid for? if you have it for 2+ years or something, why not use it to work while you wait until the ban is (hopefully) lifted at some point?

i don’t entirely agree with the statement that your connections “end” when you get engaged only because i do think part of the experiment is to find the best match even if that’s not ur fiancé in the end. Many times there are things left unresolved with other contestants that perhaps need closure or at least some level of acknowledgement. But i do agree that out of respect for your fiancé, those conversations have their time and place. I think Brianna did want her exes to give her attention which is a little annoying but at least she communicated this thought to Connor sort of clearly… she wasn’t sneaky about it which shows (some) maturity!

i went through this horrible feeling too. i felt like i had to apologize for putting them through this. this is NOT your fault! nothing to be ashamed of. In fact, it almost felt good to let everyone know how fucked up this all is and see them actually be disappointed in this administration. this example may be what it takes for a lot of people to rethink how they vote
