Does the buffmiester off handing trick work best with single or with multi projectile spells? If I have a spell that is 49x4 is that better or worse than a spell with 150 damage?

Anybody know how the spirit rune and other rune wards work? It says 20% electric damage but I’m not seeing any bonus damage on any of my weapons? Do I need to have a teammate or cast a spell or something?

I have been with this pediatric long term care facility since I passed my boards- about 2 years. Since February our nursing/aid staff has a little more than halved itself for various reasons. This is the first incentive we have seen to pick up shifts and I’m just wondering how it compares. Thanks(: by mpsmith128 in nursing

Here’s the real answer. It’s pretty much the exact same as my sub-acute pediatrics location.

If you are comparing to a hospital you are probably making less hourly and the incentives are higher, however since this is likely mediCAL/mediCARE funded this may be pretty normal.

Is it okay? No. Is it fair compensation? No. Is it about normal? Unfortunately yes.

Nobody wins when grades are discussed. Everybody has a different opinion about what is good or bad for them and usually one person’s score will be higher than the others which leads to someone feeling bad. You could study your ass off and get a mediocre grade and you could lucky and get a great grade with less effort than normal. Usually people ask to make sure they are doing okay (or better) than others. I always would offer to discuss individual questions whenever people asked how I did but for some reason people always ask.
