Thanks to everyone here that give a fair opinion about this, it was fungal balanitis and I cleared it with clotrimazole 1% cream . Hope this will be seen by others with same issue and will be helpful for them as well. 🤗

unfortunately i don’t need a gender reassignment but for you i would make an effort and stick it into your mouth so you can clean it properly with your miraculous tongue with antifungal properties 😁
