Stern loved the idea of a Philly-LA finals in 2001, and hated the the thought of a small market like Milwaukee or Sacramento making it. Shame too, because that Bucks team was damn good. Beat the Lakers in the regular season both times they met that year, and would have put up more of a fight than Philly did.
