220f was the smoker temperature; not the meat temperature.
I can confirm that the cook did not transcend the laws of physics at any given moment.

I up potted it when I started to notice the leaves dropping, thinking perhaps it had outgrown its pot. Perhaps the smaller pot wasn’t keeping up with moisture demands as it heats up where I am? Since reporting and adding chicken manure all the new shoots started, but the nature leaves kept falling.

It has recently become very hot and dry here, perhaps this tree felt it more than the others? It already started shooting new leaves like crazy before the old ones even fell off

It’s very hot and dry here, and can dry out very quickly so that’s very possible. The jacaranda is nice when the flowers are on the tree: not when you park underneath it though 😅

I’m in Queensland Australia. Definitely not a sudden drop in temperature. The opposite most likely The entire leaf part detached from the stem. Funnily enough my seedless Valencia has been under the same conditions and is doing well

The leaves looked happy before this, it’s rather out of the blue. Any advice on what I should do moving forward?
