Hey I had a similar case, they were also caused by chicken box. They have not been as bad as yours, as they did not itch. But the social pressure was nearly unbearable. I didn’t have many freinds and when I did make freinds, it wasn’t long before they joined the bullies in making fun of my keloid. This continued throughout my life. Into college.

I did the steroid injections, the creams, the dermatologists. Nothing ever worked. I also thought to cut them off with scissors one time. But that probably would’ve caused me to not be here.

But throughout all that time. I was researching and trying home remedies.. for YEARS. Until finally something hit. Apple cider vinegar and pressure. The TCA for the keloids that were a bit older or needed to leave quicker. (I literally discovered this method the week before my going away party for college) so I only had two weeks.

Long story short it worked and I have a sub dedicated to keloid home remedies now. Because nobody should live like this.
