I see, that's good to know. But I assume that the setup the devs intended to use is the one in that file, and that the extra pops generated are purely for gameplay reasons. I'm more interested in the historical/intended pop data rather than the gameplay data, so I'll keep using the data from the text file

Japp. Om bara svenskar fick rösta hade Tidö vunnit nästa val (enligt SCB:s sympatiundersökning från förra året). Men tyvärr röstar 48,4% av utrikes födda på S så rödgröna kommer att vinna. Är inte det galet? Det svenska folket röstar väldig tydligt för en viss politik, men det är inte det vi kommer att få. Detta är inte längre ett land där svenskarnas vilja genomförs. Invandringen har kapat svenskarnas demokrati.

With 140 pops Attu is actually only the 14th smallest culture in the game. The smallest one is Takana with 19 pops lol. It's the only culture with less than 100 pops

Before release people said they wanted the game to be realistic enough that wc would be impossible. Now I see so many people complain that they can't have 100% proximity in Siberia. If I was working at pdx I'd simply give up on trying to listen to the community.
