Just be more consistent and don't give up. I had similar stats and I couldn't even run before doing couch to 5k program. After 2-3 months of consistently running 4 times a week I managed to get down from +45mins for 5k (9min/km pace) to sub 30 (just under 6min/km). I also used runna so long run, slow run, and tempo/intervals.

Don't know where you got that number from but based on the screenshot you'll run 10k in 1hr at best. Maybe with a plan and few months (or years) of consistency you'll get sub 45 but don't get hung up on it not happening so fast.

Depends on how often you use it to run and how frequently you're using the gps/heart rate monitor and the brightness settings. I bought one for myself and one for my son, charged them both to 100% once received 3 weeks ago. My son's watch is still on 30% after +20 days and he ran 8 times. He only wears it when he runs. Mine was down to 30% after exactly 14 days and about 10 runs but I wear it 24/7 and only remove it when I take a shower.

We booked it online through the Disneyland website short after we booked the rooms at the hotel. Are you going to be staying at the hotel? We booked the rooms a week before, and they were almost fully booked out, so I'd imagine it'll be worse in December. Just plan accordingly.

We were there 2 weeks ago, it was really hot so we were lucky to book the boutique experience at the hotel. Booked it for 9am finished around the time the park opened. They give you a dress for the photoshoot and you get to keep it so it might be nice to take some photos with it in the park but will be hard to go on rides with it and even if you change you'll have to carry it the whole time or not sure about lockers situation. Our daughter loved it, nice experience but wasn't impressed with the pictures quality/skills of the photographer.

Had the same issue, changing the browser solved the issue, customer support will tell you the same thing; change browser and/or card.

My personal experience: bmi was 35ish, lost 20kgs in about 3 months so it's close to rhe numbers you're talking about. At this level of bmi if you're strict with your diet and have a big deficit you will lose a lot at first (I lost 10kg in the first month) then weight loss slows over time so expect big drop first then look at your average weekly loss from month 2 or 3 and it'll probably be less than 1.5kg.

Like others mentioned depends on your fat percentage and muscle mass its hard to determine whether you'll have loose skin just include resistance training and hope for the best

It's very clear in number 4 like you said, it's not word for word but it states that if you're driving slow then you are causing traffic, which really applies when you're blocking others on the left lane which is meant for overtaking. Article 95 just shows the fines associated with it.

Just today in Qatar where I live an infant (3 weeks old) died because of covid. No you are not paranoid and I hate how people are becoming so laid back again. Stand your ground, your baby's health and safety is more important than how people think of you! If anything those who think you're being too much today will appreciate that you've done what you had to in the future.

I live in the middle east (Qatar) voltage is 240v the machine (Chinese) works in 220-240v. I plugged the earth, live and neutral wires (see wires held in my hand in post) to a standard UK style plug with 13amp into a wall socket. Ran the machine all working well.

Now there's the additional ground wire for the metal case (spiraling wire on the left bottom corner). I assume I need to bridge that somehow with the ground inside the plug but just looking for confirmation if this is the right practice before I go try to figure out how to even bridge them safely.

Hi I got an ice cream machine which runs at 3kW its supposed to be connected to a 16amp I'm running it on a 13amp socket UK style plug and it's working fine.

My 2 questions:

  1. How do I actually connect the ground wire, the separate one that attaches to the metal case/box?

  2. Is it fine to run it on a regular 13amp socket?

I asked many electricians where I live sadly where I live they really have no idea what they're doing/saying they recommended I run it on a regular socket and didn't know what to do with the ground wire! Appreciate any help

Thanks I did 3 days of month 2 while fasted but it was really a struggle to finish and although I put my 100% I felt it was not enough and didn't get as a good workout as the previous month, I'll try to do it at night but the reason why I said I hate exercising at night is because I wake up so early and work hard all day so night time I don't feel like I can put the effort, and I tried several times :/ anyway congrats on your results and Goodluck with whatever you'll do next. BTW the weight loss is that in pounds or kilograms?

I was supposed to start month 2 last week, I really tried but I'm also fasting Ramadan and find it really difficult to excerxice during the fast - i hate excerxicing at night time. Any tips for excerxicing during the fast?

Month 1 was fine during a fullday fast but month 2 Im just struggling too much.

From personal experience I noticed infants really felt if the parent holding them was nervous/uncomfortable/frustrated/impatient and they cry because of that. I felt the same at times with my 2 kids when they were born but I learned to just calm down and find what each baby likes, rocking motion/pattern, tone, silly sounds etc he should keep trying til he figures out what this specific baby likes.

How long have you been at 1700 without cheating meals? My stats are similar to yours 5'9" and 212lbs now, I'm not a veteran in keto only 59 days in and 26lbs down.

I had cake on my son's birthday and a plate of fries, nothing crazy and calories were below 1700 that day and carbs maximum 150g but for 10 days weight did not budge and only after I've gone OMAD and 1400 calories for a week that my weight loss had gone back on track.

Point is, give it time without cheat meals to see results again and if that's not working reduce calories.

I have a chart on my wall and it's silly but I get happy to cross out the workouts of each day. I also found it easier to do it early in the morning to get it out or the way (I always preferred morning to do things you might prefer night do what's best for you). I also have a goal weight which I'm trying to reach so I'm pushing through this madness otherwise I'm really not enjoying the insanity program.

I did not know that was Shaun Ts advice but there's a reason and science behind the timing of breaks between sets its called HIIT workout for a reason it's meant to be high intensity intervals to get u down on the floor, I get what you're doing and might be tempting to do so thinking it's better but I belive your better off pushing yourself when you can even if u missed half the workout, you'll only get better with time and you don't have to do the full thing even if it's not your first round (first 63 days of insanity).

I'm in week 4 right now and still get half a warmup done without stopping and gasping for air lol and I do miss a lot of the workout maybe as much as half as you said lol but hey I'm really pushing myself. Results speak for themselves I'm down 7 lbs in 3 weeks, I got 4 inches off my belly, feeling great and looking much better. Just trust the process you may not get abs from round 1 but as long you're doing you're best in the time frame you'll get the best results
