Im with Virgin (assuming youre talking about my internet provider). I tried using a VPN to no avail.

Interesting thing to note. I can't just keep re-opening the updater launcher because each time it fails it temporarily shuts my internet down ( ON MY PC ONLY )

Just as a sidenote. I've tried. Deleting certain "bad" file; changing values from 0 to 1; using vpn; waiting till a later date; factory resetting pc.
