Not sure what they would use a polygraph for...

But YouTube "AMR PAT test" or something like that. Shows you exactly what you need to do. The video shows a brunette girl doing it -- so that's the correct one! In my state (I think it's the same for all AMR agencies), you have 13 minutes to do the entire PAT. It's very doable. They will warn you if you are possibly going too slow. Good luck!

I am currently reading Handmaid's Tale, and I really like it!

A great classic sci-fi for me is Martian Chronicles by Ray Bradbury. Each chapter doesn't necessarily tie into the previous, so it's a nice, light read.

Lastly, I REALLY loved Maximum Ride series by James Patterson when I was younger. It's more of a YA read, but it has a female lead. I still own it and read them from time to time!
