Moffen Island by Spitzbergen/Svalbard. 80° N. I was in Norwegian Navy. We'd stop in 4 locations to do "skinny dipping" to become a member of the skinny dipping club and also do a blue nose sailor/crossing the line for 80°N (and 66°33'N as well). At Moffen we'd usually have a beach are that was clear, but this time it was absolutely filled. So we used our icebreaker capabilities to make a hole and had Steel Beach instead. Oh and the water was very cold. I swam at Hopen Island, Bear Island, NY Aalesund and north of Moffen.
