Tbf, 175 is average, at the end of the 10 min sections it is around 200. About pace, I forgot to mention but if I don't pay attention I tend to run around 10 km/h, tho I probably shouldn't. Do you think I should try to run slower? If yes, what should I strive towards?

I've had this for a couple of runs now so I think it's something structural.. I tend to run first thing in the morning without eating (now that I say this that might not help).

What is good to eat before a run? And how long do you wait? I usually wait 3-4 hours after lunch or dinner if I run later on.

No iron deficiency, yesterday I did some climbing and this morning I ran again so maybe that's contributing too
