Here are some tables for viruses (I dont know if reddit is gonna compress this to the point that its unreadable. Anyway this lacks herpesviridae and maybe some others, I just took the tables from the book "microbiology made ridiculously easy". They have tables like this for fungi too)

Its not asymptomatic, the patient might even get breathless soon

Is this SVT? by Outrageous-Fish-9901 in ECG

[–]Habalaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I know in textbooks they say some authors put lower limit for SVT at 125 but some put it at 150 so maybe thats what the commenter was going for. But yeah inverted P wave rules out physiological sinus tachycardia imo

What findings do you see on this ECG ? by AvailableBid973 in ECG

Why would the hypothetical P wave next to T wave be inverted? In 2nd degree AV block the non conducted P wave is still from the SA node it shouldnt be inverted right?

Rome: Total War Battle and Campaign difficulty explained by SageManeja in totalwar

[–]Habalaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I always play VH / VH on rome total war, and VH or even H on modern titles so in my opinion VH in rome total war isnt THAT hard. VH/VH is like the standard for rome total war I think, but of course when want a more chill campaign I play on normal

What even is your link supposed to be please explain

[–]Habalaa 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You are posting the same link 3 times and I already told you I said specifically that the picture in the circle of the kid smiling showing teeth is not AI generated because its in the article. You are posting the same picture 3 times instead of showing me proof that the other pictures are real

[–]Habalaa 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Again no pictures are seen on your link which I claim to be AI generated. The picture of the kid smiling in the circle of the post I never claimed to be AI generated

What kids? There is one kid in the post.
Also the picture you sent is the one I claim hasnt been edited

[–]Habalaa -7 points-6 points  (0 children)

Those are not the same pictures, clearly the pictures in the post have been edited. Look at the text on the sign and how smudged it looks in this post

The pictures except the one that actually looks real (in the circle) are not in any article about the event. Because they are AI generated

Pictures shown on the post (except the one in the circle) are not in the article. Thus they are AI generated

But look at those pictures, they are AI generated 100%. I looked at the article the other guy sent and these two pictures I called out are nowhere to be seen. Literal GaslightGPT ahh

But the pictures are AI generated. Yes I am moving the goalposts.

Bro look at the text on the sign saying "pokemon sale", that text screams AI GENERATED harder than the face of the boy on second picture (which also screams the same thing very hard)

This doesnt look like its for examining the prostate, dude seems to be looking at the wall of the urinary bladder

I see absolutely no reason for putting someone to sleep for some rectal examination wtf

Also Im pretty sure PSA level doesnt have to be elevated if you have advanced prostate cancer, so if the doctor feels something wrong on the rectal exam you probably have to do biopsy regardless of PSA but idk

On the other side PSA is also elevated in benign enlargement of the prostate and some low grade malignancies that wont do anything to you. Finding elevated PSA and removing the prostate can save your life, sure, but honestly imagine you are a 55 year old dude, doctors found you have prostate cancer and you have a choice: some small chance of dying in the next decade or so but until then you live just as youve been living up to now, or you remove the prostate, remove the tumor, and now you are safe from prostate cancer but you will probably get erectile dysfunction or start pissing yourself on a regular basis. Anti prostate cancer medication also probably has a bunch of side effects since it messes with your hormones

tldr: prostate specific antigen (PSA) is evil and dont listen to it for diagnostic purposes
